Victory Personnel Services, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Joe Tucker, and its first office was opened in Milwaukee's Central City. By 1994 the company had initiated a training and transportation program for disadvantaged workers. The same year, Joe Tucker was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and received the Quest for Success award from the Milwaukee Minority Business Development Center. In 1996, Victory opened a Job Shop providing training and assessment for a newly implemented W-2 program.
Building on Success
In 1998, the Victory Personnel Services business structure was realigned to fulfill the professional, administrative and technical needs of its medium and large corporate customers. By 2002, Victory was established as a leader among high-quality staffing providers meeting supplier diversity requirements.
Credentials and Additional Awards
Victory Personnel Services, Inc. is a minority owned company certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Victory received the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce ( MMAC) Future-50 business award for 2000 and 2001. In April of 2002, Victory Personnel Services was named Wisconsin Minority Supplier of The Year.
